Great experience from beginning to end. Salesman in Highland was informative and helpful as well as nice. Installers came when they said they would and were fast and efficient. They cleaned up the areas nicely and did a great job. Carpet looks beautiful.

I had the pleasure of doing business with mark from creative carpet & flooring on January 28th my delivery date was scheduled for mid April, too my suprise and delight it came in early, my flooring was installed March 22th the installation went very well the installers arrived within the estimated time frame their work was superb and they cleaned up after themselves the only thing I regret is I didn't know about creative carpet & flooring before I had my other floors done.
