The workmanship is excellent, but what truly sets them apart is the outstanding customer service and the genuine care their team shows every step of the way. In today’s world, that level of attention and professionalism goes a long way. Highly recommend!
Very happy with the final results. I will add that make sure you get in writing what work will be performed and how it will be performed. During the initial consultation and quote, we discussed how a repair would be handled. When it came to the actual repair, it was not handled in the same manner. When I brought it to their attention, they said they did not have the proper tools to make that repair.
Would I use them again? Absolutely. The floors turned out great and we are very happy with them. I do wish some of their services could be a bit more professional. Perhaps I’m a bit old-school, but appearance and presentation go a long way.
