Great experience today with my Tech. Tannor went above and beyond to get my furnace running this morning. Apparently, the 12+ inches of snow we got had surrounded my gas line outside. This young man dug out the entire area around the meter and was able to get the gas flowing again. My furnace is now warming my home again. Thank you again Tannor!!
I came home yesterday on a Friday after working 12 hr days all week to my AC not working! It was 95 degrees inside! My poor dog! I called 10 24/7 heating and cooling companies. Half didn’t answer the other half told me it would be Monday or later before they could get out. Knowing it was going to get over 100 degrees out this weekend and having a 8 year old daughter and pets I was starting to panic. Then I called PERFECT CLIMATE! They were at my house in 10 mins! Had my AC working in 10 more mins! Every was the name of the man who came out. He was SO kind and knowledgeable! He was also upfront about all cost from the start. Avery and John came out today to look at our AC after it quit working. Called this morning and they showed up this afternoon. Both were so nice, explained everything, and answered all our questions. Both were great!
