“I LOVE this vet practice. We’ve been coming here for almost a year now after two failed attempts at two other area practices. We moved to SW Michigan from IL and struggled to find one that offered just the basic service you’d expect but we ended up with so much more from HERO. The Vets and techs are exceptional. I have never felt rushed with any of our three labs. I have never waited for an extended period of time, even if I wash there for a walk-in appt. And let me tell you, those walk-in appts are amazing.

We left our last vet because they told me the next available appt was 3 weeks after I told them I had a very sick dog. They said that without even flinching. No compassion. No other suggestion. No accommodation. I was done at that moment. And I found HERO.
