I've been going here for over 7 years. These are the best mechanics that I've experienced. They are VERY knowledgeable, friendly and kind, courteous, willing to help, gets you in and gets your problem solved in a timely manner. They didn't make you feel that they're overcharging like some places. Annette at the front desk is AWESOME. ALWAYS SERVICE WITH A SMILE. I recommend them for their service. If you need an EXCELLENT mechanic, Woodmar Auto Care is the place to go. They also have towing services.
I cannot express my gratitude to Annette and staff. My sons car broke down and needed to get fixed ASAP. I am here in Minnesota 628 miles away and trying to help figure everything out. Awesome service and top notch mechanics, I have been coming here for years and I know they also tow for the police, I have witnessed the horrible behavior of the people that have been impounded by the police when they come and pick up their cars. Most are rude and it never is their fault and they never take responsibility for their actions. The people are handled with the best customer service even though, they are yelling and are not deserving of such professionalism. There's no way I could ever handle the situations they are put through with such grace. I am grateful for the top notch customer service I receive and anyone who choses to get their car serviced by Woodmar Auto Care & Towing is very lucky to have found such a reputable business. The unfortunate impounded customers will never be satisfied, because they have bigger problems to resolve.
