Everything about my experience was great. I had to get a U-haul last minute. The customer service was fantastic. Picking up and dropping off was super easy. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!! I will certainly be back the next time I need something!!

We used the U-Haul portion of the shop and were very happy with the entire experience. They're such a lovely couple and went out of their way to help us find a big enough truck and the trailer. He drove all the way to two different cities to find us a trailer so we can finally move. Otherwise we would have had to keep doing trailer trips and going back and forth between SC and IN!

Highly recommend! The staff was friendly, informative and patient especially for not a car savvy person. They were able to hear my concerns with my car and go above and beyond to get the correct parts while maintaining communication throughout the whole process. They even inspected my car and let me know any concerns they saw. Prices were reasonable (main cost is parts but that’s just inflation). Also, I really appreciated the care they took with not leaving a fingerprints or any dust in my car. Will definitely being going back for future services!Service: Auto brake repair
