Great company, good tech. They booked me and put me on the schedule on a pinch. The technician was very prompt and courteous. He was clean and presentable. Was able to determine the issue with my dishwasher very efficiently. I was given clear options for a solution as well as cost. I am very satisfied with the service and will recommend prime appliance service to friends and family.

Victor was here within the time frame scheduled. Went to work immediately. Within an hour he had not only diagnosed the problem with my washer AND oven but he had fixed them! I truly appreciate that he left the area clean and turned off the lights in the basement. I'm glad I gave Prime Appliance LLC a try
