Called this company and Victor was at my house and had my dryer running all in less than an hour for a reasonable price. Will definitely be using Prime Appliances for all my future appliance needs.

What can I say! I contacted Prime (Victor) on 4/30 and he was on his way to another job and called me back to see if he could just stop by really quick just to take a look at what was going on with my washer. He was able to efficiently diagnose what was going on and said that although he was pretty booked for Today (5/1) he would fit me in. He showed up at 11:30 parts in hand and fixed my washer within 40 minutes. Pricing was GREAT!! I will forever do business with Victor!! I definitely recommend you do to!! Great job!!

I have known prime appliance llc since he was El Diablo Inc. there is nothing this company can not do. He is truly salt of the earth and I love him dearly. The best costumer service i have ever experienced came from my tech Victor. I hope he is getting the recognition he deserves with his current career choices.
