The worst oak st I have experienced, they have no clue what the hell they are doing. Can't get in to see the damn doctor what the hell. And the place looks unsanitary.

Since my family doctor and gynecologist retired I was looking for doctors to replace them. However I decided to try Oak Street health where they treat 65 and older patients. Today was my first visit and I was very pleased with the staff, who are very polite attentive and professional. Especially angel the nurse practitioner and her assistant. I'm very glad I joined.

My consultation with Oak Street Hammond was met with great satisfaction. I switched providers because I felt like I was not getting the care my previous primary care provider gave me before her retirement 2 years ago. I will be making my first appointment very soon.
