I've used Mr. Freeze on multiple occasions and I can say that they are ? reliable and they willingly work with my availability and budget. Super efficient and always friendly. Definitely 5 stars ?

Phoned in the morning and Valerie, who was extremely professional and kind, checked to see if the techs could make room for us in their schedule. They did! Lucas and Matteo arrived as promised and explained everything that they were going to at each step. They were extremely professional and polite and did an outstanding job. Mr. Freeze is our HVAC service from now on.Thank you for the fabulous service.

Over the years, I've used Mr. Freeze heating and cooling service 3 times now. Twice for tune up/service calls, and very recently, for a full removal of my old A/C and installation of my new A/C. Carlos is a great guy, very friendly, and personable. He even returned my phone call after hours ! Everything was explained, and there was never any pressure to buy anything else. He arrived with a crew of 5 guys at about 8:15 in the morning, and they were done by 11:30. Awesome. When the need comes up, I'll call them again. Highly recommended. My house has NEVER been this cold in the summertime ! Thanks Mr. Freeze !
