I always have a pleasant shopping experience at this location in Hammond. The staff is always so friendly and informed about the products. They don't know this but they've gained a customer for the life of the brand.

There was one gentleman who was busy working, but he stop what he was doing to help me. There were others who were working but not 1 said can I help you? The guy ringing up wasn't to friendly either. Thank you to the guy who's kid told you that you had a call and you told him to tell them he would have to call back because he was helping someone. It seems like such a small thing, but good customer service is so rare these days. I truly appreciate you. And because of you I spent good $ that day!
