Eugene was very responsive and communicated with professionalism and accuracy. I wasn't able to get to the store when they opened, so he accommodated me by letting me drop off my area rug a half hour before they opened. He did the same when it was time for me to pick up. I've had this rug close to 30 years and when I got it home it looked practically brand new. I forgot how dark the colors were. It's gorgeous. The picture doesn't do the rug justice.
