“We found J&J through Menards and are so glad we did. They did an excellent job installing our wooden fence. We've gotten so many compliments on how good it looks and how perfectly level it is. They did everything we asked them to do and more. They were also professional, friendly, fast, and reasonably priced. “I have been in my house 20 years and every time after a heavy heavy rain I have gotten water in the basement. A lot of water. I frequently get gutters cleaned so it was annoying that in a heavy rain water would gush down off roof like a waterfall. Gutters r us came out and I explained what I knew to be issue. He listened. He checked gutters and aligned them and added an extension away from house. I had an underground downspout which was clogged with grass. Last week we got a heavy rain and it was early enough to see that water was gushing out of downspouts and not from roof like a waterfall. Thanks Gutters r us for a resolution that didn't cost me an arm and two legs!“

“I had them replace my roof on a recently-purchased home because the seller/flipper had a very shoddy company do the roof about six months prior and it was already going bad in spots. The job was scheduled and later that month they finished the entire roof in just a single day with a large crew and a couple of large trucks. I paid what I was quoted and would recommend them. They did guarantee the work they did.*After contacting them originally, Cameron came out and was very polite and professional throughout the process. He took time to point out and explain some of the defects like sagging and improper drainage that existed despite the other roofing company having "finished" their job six months prior. He gave me a quote which SRC abided by and I paid what we agreed on through an initial deposit and then a final payment after the job was complete. I am happy with the work done and have noticed no issues with the new roof or the gutter cover system they installed. If I do find evidence of shoddy work like some other reviewers have mentioned, I will update this review.
