Hoosier Heating and Cooling just installed two heating and cooling systems in our home. From our first contact with Marc, all of our interactions were professional and positive. I had several questions which I asked Marc through email and he had prompt responses every time. Installation was quick and painless. The technicians from Hoosier did a great job explaining the new systems to us. Along with all this, we received a fair and reasonable price along with a 10-year parts and labor warranty. I have had trouble with my Heat pump. One company put stop leak in it and completely ruined every valve and part in the pump. Called Hoosier Heating and Cooling and talked to Mark. They had to cut out and replace several parts, vacuum the system, and re-install new refrigerant. Their technician was very professional and patient. Mark kept me informed every time they came to the house and explained every procedure. If you want a company that provides excellent service and communication, then Hoosier Heating and Cooling is who you should call.
Dallas did an outstanding job starting from scratch installing our HVAC system due to the radiant heat we have in ceiling. We told him we wanted a furnace with central air and he explained everything that needed to be done and installed and he did everything in a timely and professional manner.
