We have an older house built in the 50's and it desperately needed new flooring. We really wanted to support local so we checked out Hometown Floors in Griffith and loved their selection. They came out, took their measurements, and helped us narrow down our choices. Once we selected a style, made the deposits, and scheduled our installation date everything went very smoothly. The crew came out, ripped everything out, and had roughly 99% of the new floor installed all in the first day. As mentioned, we have a very old house so we KNEW there would be surprises hidden underneath that would add extra work, and our suspicions were very correct. My husband and I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff is well educated and extremely friendly. This company turned a bad experience ( basement got water in it after a bad storm, all carpet was ruined ) to a fantastic experience. We will be using them for all of our flooring needs from now on!
