Horrible customer service. I was told by a woman at the desk that told me it was her last day and she could not find my daughter's insurance. I went home and called my insurance provider and when I contacted Moses back they had found my insurance. Then I scheduled another appointment where I was quoted a price for my daughter and my glasses. They forgot to order my glasses and told me it was because they didn't make it through quality control. I said it sure would be funny if my daughter's glasses also failed quality control. Oops they forgot to order those. Finally after 5 weeks I call them to find out the glasses came in.
