I was sitting on this for a while. All I have to say is, never judge a book by its cover.
I had made a consultation appointment for my gray curly hair. I needed an update.
The individual who took my phone request and scheduled the appointment was very friendly.
As I sat in the chair, I immediately was asked if I knew that this was just a consultation appointment and not a haircut/style. This totally threw me for a loop. After I informed the stylists what I was looking for, I was immediately told that I could not afford their services.
Granted, I looked rough. You would be too after you spent 6 months supporting your son and his military wife, while their very young daughter was in PA at CHOP dying of stage 4 cancer and coming back that week after she passed. I was just looking for a friendly stylist who could wip Oma back to her normal self.
