This was my first time dealing with Target Optometry. I was able to get an appointment in a short, reasonable amount of time. On the day of the appointment, I arrived early and walked around looking at glasses to kill time. During this time, I couldn't help but notice how well the staff took care of other customers. It was a pleasant surprise when they called my name, no waiting past my appointment time. The Doctor was friendly and professional. I don’t normally leave reviews but the staff here are fantastic. I just came in to get an eye exam and some glasses. They are personable and treated me like a human being.
Versus most retail experiences with the indifference, passive aggressiveness, and or robotic corporate upsell the whole time.

Great experience. Staff is very friendly and helpful and informative. The glasses selection is really good, with many name brands to choose from. Highly recommend if you’re looking at getting glasses or contacts!
