Josh inspected our house we were purchasing in 2020, went over the house in detail, got underneath in our crawl space and found some plumbing issues. Stayed and explained everything to us in detail. Fortunately for us the previous homeowners had everything fixed and the sale went through.

We hired Josh from Profound Inspections to inspect the new house we were buying last Spring. Josh was extremely professional and detail oriented. He pointed out a lot of things that I would never had thought to look at or consider. While none of these were major issues that kept us from buying the house, they were things we knew we would want to address sooner rather than later. I would highly recommend Josh and Profound Inspections to anyone buying a new home, especially if it’s your forever home!

Josh is very professional and easy to work with. He was on time, even early, to the inspection. Josh was very thorough in his inspection. There were things that we didn't even notice until he pointed them out. He explained each thing he noted, ie, why it needed to be fixed or the correct to do the repair. He found a major issue with the house we are buying and made sure to have it marked correctly so it was checked, and proper papers could be presented. I would recommend Josh to anyone who needs an inspector.
