Josh was very easy to contact and work with on my inspection. I really appreciated how he worked with me as a first time buyer and really took the time to explain how certain elements of the house could lead to problems as well as offering great tips on how to maintain the house. Being in person helped since talking with him made it easy for me to prioritize what fixed I needed the seller make versus things I was comfortable taking on.
