Pool city has done 90% of all my pool work since installing my inground pool in 1992. The concrete still looks great, the liners lasted far longer than is average (like 16 yrs) and all mechanical replacements have been handled well and fairly quickly. They sell the better quality items so you end up spending less money on service and have more time in your pool. Now I'm 67 and am downsizing to a sports size pool so I can continue to enjoy it and maintainance is easier for me. I'm so excited. Hope I can find a beach volleyball playmate! We have had a great experience with Pool City and I’d highly recommend them for anyone interested in getting a new pool put in. We’ve had some issues here and there over the past couple of years but Pool City office staff has been top notch in terms of customer service, timely responses, friendliness, etc. Tina in the office among the rest of the folks I’ve dealt with at the store along with the technicians have been fantastic to work with. Most issues we’ve had have been addressed same day.
