Cassandra was amazing and helped me a lot during post partum! I definitely recommend her to anyone who needs pelvic floor help! She is very knowledgeable and I enjoyed talking to her! Everyone was always super friendly there, it is a great place to go!
This place is worth the drive for me coming all the way from the Franklin Central Area. Nothing like what I expected! They have great staff, great customer service and just seem to have fun. I had my initial visit with Brad and he really tried to understand my pain so he could find the long term solution while also taking immediate pain away. I highly recommend this place.
I was a patient at Milestone for approximately 5 months while I was recovering from an Achilles rupture. During my time there, I worked with each of the PTs. They are all amazing! When I began my program, I was overweight and tired all the time. Working with the PTs sparked a love of exercise in me again, and I'm back to working out 5-6 days a week. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs physical therapy or who wants to improve their physical fitness. The people are great, which makes for an unforgettable experience!
