Masters installed the HVAC in our new home in 2021, we moved in early 2022. Winter of 2023 furnace started falling when temperature went below freezing. They gave us a workaround, which worked but was a pain to do. Last week the workaround failed, so we called them out. They were stumped, but kept investigating. They ultimately replaced a control board and another part, and now the furnace works as expected! Thanks to Jacob, Skip, and Mike for sticking with it & figuring out the issue! And thanks to Masters for covering labor under warranty! Very much appreciated!

I would definitely recommend Masters! Matt Wattle was our service technician and he did an amazing job getting our AC back up and running quickly! He was polite and professional and made sure I knew exactly what was going on.

Xavier was very polite, knowledgeable, worked on our furnace, checked the filter, the exterior of the unit then right to work giving it a complete check up of the systems. Then explained that everything checked out fine. I asked about the unit that is 15 years old. He said it runs fine, that at this stage of its life to just be aware if you suspect any problems but all seems good now. He was honest and I trust his professional opinion. Thanks Masters!
