Massage Envy is such a relaxing place to visit! Beds are heated, calming music everywhere, and a nice waiting room. I recommend this place!

My massage with Micah was terrific! He checked in periodically to make sure the pressure was just right. The intro pricing was very reasonable, since I was a first time costumer.

If you have any health concerns or want to treat yourself because you “deserve” it. This is NOT the place. This is my first ever bad review if that tells you anything, and I’m only coming on here because the lack of ownership and corporation is awful. I tried to speak to a “higher” up when the lady Kristin that I believe was as high up as I was able to talk to was dismissive stern and told me “everyone goes through things” as I was telling her I understand the corporations policy and my lack of irresponsibility but I told her before and after I booked my situation. She was a very nice lady then when I wanted an “introduction rate” because I have been out of work since Jan 23rd since my AVM rupture and wanted to treat myself for the 2nd time since I’ve been physically and mentally struggling with everything I’ve been through. Why wasn’t she professional or “sincere” enough to tell me I’ve been there before so I won’t be getting the intro rate and if she was being friendly why didn’t she tell me she was giving it to me anyways? I was going there because I couldn’t afford a full blown out massage but “needed” to treat myself on a budget. She was dismissive after I told her many times it’s not you or your business policy I’m frustrated at it’s what I’m going through at the lack of understanding. I was even willing to provide documentation of my conditions. I called the corporation number and emailed just to be plain and simple about the problem, they haven’t gotten back to me. I called this location back to see when I would hear back from “her” (they couldn’t give me the owners name they said?) they said “she” got the email and should be reaching out to me. It’s almost been 2 weeks since I sent this email and still haven’t given me a simple reply back. What’s even more sad is I didn’t even realize I came here before in march and it was a great experience didn’t even have to tell them about my issue, until I told them when I came in for the massage and it was a great experience besides it wasn’t relaxing cause but body was so stiff from being paralyzed on my right side. Will not be returning and if you have any type of condition, emergency or anything where you have to cancel within 24hours notice they truly do not care at all what the reason is, they are charging you the full amount, they will not work with you any other way on rescheduling even if it’s that same day different time, or the next day they stick to there policy. A corporation/ownership like that with a expensive service when you’re trying to be “relaxed” is not what they stand for.

In a world full of darkness, I always try to leave positive light and usually its the smallest things that make the biggest impact. Reviews being one. Thank you Neil for the amazing massage. He was respectful and understood I was in pain. He spent time in the much needed areas. I walked out feeling so much better. Thanks again Neil!

Ive been going to both Greenwood and Southport Massage Envy’s for the last year. Today I had a massage with Misty. She was absolutely amazing and attentive to the focus areas I needed specifically! Good pressure and made the most out of our hour session. Would definitely recommend booking with her!
