I've been seeing Scott for counseling for a little while now and can confidently say that he's be instrumental in my growth over that time. He's extremely skilled in what he does and does a great job listening, making you feel heard, and gently guiding you in the right direction (when needed.) Hard to go into much detail given the personal nature of counseling, but I highly recommend giving him a try if you're looking to talk to someone.
I was a little nervous about getting acupuncture, but found it was a great way to meditate. I walked away from the experience with greater clarity of mind--the little things that had been stressing me out were suddenly put into perspective. I found myself more able to think about problems which would normally upset me--instead of becoming upset, I was able to think rationally about these problems. I didn't expect acupuncture to provide these sorts of insights. I'd give more than five stars if I could!

I had no particular injury I was trying to address, but explained to Tony that I experience some work-related stress/anxiety. Tony was very friendly, sensitive, and kind during the experience, which took place in an amazingly comfortable medical lazy-boy with soothing music playing in the background.
