DO NOT TRUST GARY. First of all, Gary is a man. I don’t know why I ever decided to trust him with my hair. Gary told me I was crazy for getting my hair done a week before my wedding. In my opinion, he wasn’t in the position to make that judgment. It’s none of his business. Anyway, I should’ve taken that as a red flag, because he completely messed my hair up. He only briefly consulted me about what I wanted and said nearly nothing to me the rest of the appointment. He proceeded to rip my hair out with his brush, push my head around, and ruffle my hair so that it re-tangled every time he went to brush or section it off. With the hair I had left, he made me look like Kelly Clarkson in 2005 with thick blonde and red highlights. That is not what I asked for AT ALL. My hair cut was crooked, and he left random blonde streaks from my previous hair coloring in random spots (which I told him about). He was horrible. I just wish I had the guts to tell him I wasn’t paying for it. $160 down the drain :(If you’re his boss and you’re reading this, considered firing him ASAP.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

My mother went to this salon and the lady who did her hair messed up witch I understand no one is perfect and stuff happens but to apologize to my mother and then blame it messing up because of her "radiation treatment" she had for her breast cancer is out of line. I booked an appointment to do a color correction and 3 hours before my appointment he texted me and said he isn’t the right stylist to do my hair. I would’ve appreciated it if this not on the day OF my appointment.

Gary did my hair, I had 2 different color highlights put in, he put me under steam heat which caused my red to bleed into my blonde also caused it to run down the side of my face by time I left both sides of my face was covered with dye, he was so rough with my hair from shampooing it to brushing it gave me a real bad headache. This was my first time there and will be my last.
