Technicians were very prompt, knowledegable, proffessional and friendly. I would recommend Groves appliance repair to anyone having microwave/oven issues. Now i have a working unit again!

I got an appointment relatively quickly and was texted the predicted arrival time. We had a great repair guy named Nick who texted us when he was 30 minutes out. He was very thorough and tried to answer all my questions about my range. He was knowledgeable about the stovetop and oven and knew just how to figure out what was wrong. He showed me what was wrong and briefly explained the fix! He was patient with any questions and was very amiable. Thanks, Groves Appliance Repair!

I was very pleased with the Service Technican Bobby, he was professional and polite! When he found out that my microwave had just passed the warranty by one month, he called the company and waived my repair fee. Happy to recommend Groves Appliance Repair。
