“If you have been in central Indiana long enough, you have probably heard “Long time listener, first time caller.” Well this is my first review. I don't know Donny Hancock at DC Roofing and Exteriors outside of this experience but I wouldn't feel good sending a fellow Hoosier to anyone else. We had hail damage to our roof and gutters following the Spring 2025 rash of severe weather. DCRE was one of FOUR companies I called out to give an estimate (a fifth was untimely at returning my call). DCRE was neither the cheapest or the most expensive quote, but the thorough conversation I had with Donny proved he would be the highest quality in process and materials and best value returned on investment. He assured me about aspects of protecting the property (landscaping and pool) and doing a completely thorough job that included a constant stream of picture updates while the crew was live. He also advised that there was additional damage not identified by my insurance agency and assisted in the process of getting me the full value of the damage. Donny and his team have been consummate professionals (He even made an extra trip to my home on a windy Sunday night when I thought there was an issue. There wasn't.) who have acted with integrity at every step of the way. They have a customer for life, and I know you will be equally satisfied.“
