Dr Tolbert is great. She listens and is very understanding yet also very direct, which i appreciate. She explains things in detail which makes no room for guessing! Highly recommend her. Office staff is always sweet and compassionate as well!

Waited for more than 45 minutes after my appointment time. Everyone who came way after me got called. Maybe it’s normal or something else but very strange.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I had an appt at 4 pm. I get there at 4 pm. No one at the desk. By the time the desk girl comes to help, it’s 4:01 and she wouldn’t see me because I was “late”. Desk girl said text says to arrive 15 min early. I show her the text (also attached) that does NOT say that. She said they must have changed it. How should I have known if the text didn’t say that. Susan came out and was clearly available but said because you don’t get fully checked in by desk girl until 4:01 she wouldn’t see me. They are horrible to deal with. They have no problem making you wait forever though. My first appointment was with Dr. Kim. My appointment time was 9am and I wasn’t seen until 11. He spent less than 2 minutes with me. I couldn’t believe I waited 2 hours to see him and all he could give me was 2 minutes. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere if insurance will let you.

I continue to visit the Center For Pain Management because I know the physicians there are the best doctors. Dr Gordon understands what the pain is like . He wouldn’t stop till he found a treatment that worked for me! I am so thankful for Dr Gordon and the Center for Pain Management!

I love the staff so friendly with the patients!!!! Susan is a wonderful NP. I got switched to Dr. Kim and now day 2 no meds at pharmacy yet. I love Susan and Cora.
