“Update: 2 weeks went by and the washer broke again. It's an estate old whirlpool. It's not Terry's fault but I should have gone with my gut to just replace it. Now we have to buy a new/used one and we essentially are out the $245; listen to your gut. Also, after doing a lot of research, the part that was replaced and labor was not worth $245, great service thought and I appreciate the help. I can understand that they need the business ....but I would have happily paid the service fee and not the repair if I had known better.
