Went there to pick up my car and the man running yard was super friendly and nice. Besides being helpful about all the business at hand with my car, he was kind to my children and allowed them to eat the cookies they were eyeing and even let them take some trinkets from his desk.

Called for a jump start. When the truck showed up, the driver indicated he had been told a tow was needed due to a dispatcher who was quick to rush me off the phone. The driver had no jumper cables so we had to wait for an extended period for second truck to arrive with the proper equipment. Had the dispatcher listened to the request, the correct equipment could have been sent to begin with. The back up driver, Shawn, was excellent. Not only did he apologize for the dispatcher error, he got my car running and then followed me to Firestone to make sure I got there without issue. Guaranteed to give fair pricing, and meet (or exceed) the ETA that they give you. They also have Hannas and Grahams Wrecker Service, so if one of their trucks can reach you quicker, they will send them. The best towing service in Indy!
