Care is ok. I just feel like this is starting to be a money grab. After cytology, cultures and multiple medications for ear infection. Still not treated the infection. I’m really starting to doubt this clinic and frustrated. Maybe all vets are like this but I did not feel that was the case with the previous owner. Nonetheless I will do what I can for my fur baby, but it’s been a frustrating process with this clinic!

In early October I was in contact with a very nice lady named Sam to schedule an appointment for Dr. Nobbe to trim my pigs toenails I also spoke with Dr. Nobbe about the details of my pig, such as her weight and breed.
I was quoted $175 per hour plus supplies, I was told that she has to sedated and therefore she couldn't give me an exact price but estimated the total would be around $418.00.

On October 21, 2025, Dr. Nobbe arrived by herself to perform the toenail clipping, she said that she didn't have a needle to penetrate the pig's skin and that she needed our help to get the pig to lay down. The pig is very domesticated but felt uneasy not knowing the doctor and refused to lay down.  After maybe 20 minutes Dr. Nobbe said that I needed a chute or something in order to complete this task. She said that she had to charge a service fee for coming out and I definitely understand this, even though I feel she was ill-prepared for the job. However, being charged $264 for the service of just showing up is a little extreme.

The disappointment is that with the information gathered about the breed and weight of the pig there should have been no issue having the correct supplies, equipment and or someone to assist her in completing this.

I found my cat outside by a dumpster. I immediately wanted to get her checked. I took her to town and country bc my inlaws used them. My cat later got diagnosed with tritrichomonas. They called to tell me and told me there was nothing they could do for her and she would have to live with it forever. When I called back to get a referral to get a second opinion they rudely told me they gave me the option of antibiotics and I declined. My friend was next to me in the car and they never once said that. When I did call to get her on an antibiotic they didn’t even know what her condition was. I’ve done a lot of research and a lot of thinking. I have a mother cat and it’s just not great to have to keep them separate all the time. I read about an antibiotic that could possibly get rid of the tritrichamonas (70-80% get better on it). I have read everything about the risks myself and found out about a treatment plan myself. No help from them. They then proceeded to talk down to me when I asked them about the antibiotic. They then wrote in my file that I was told several time that it was an unsafe drug. I had never even heard them suggest that drug or even talk about it with me!!! I got my care transferred somewhere else for my cat. I understand the risks with the medicine and I have educated myself on it. The only thing I even asked them was why didn’t we go with that one and they were rude about it. The only nice person in that building is Sam the front office lady. Had they been nice and said they didn’t think it was safe for her it would have been different but no instead they were rude and condescending over the phone. Every time I have taken either one of my cats there I only see the vet for maybe 5 seconds. They barely look over them and then they call it a day. They are a scam of a place and I am never coming back nor recommending this place. They are horrid and I just wish they took my cats health more seriously. I am grateful that they did give me a medicine that is know to help with these diarrhea episodes but it’s unfair to tell someone this drug will possibly help get rid of it when all I see over anywhere is that this drug is not used to get rid of tritrichomonas. I am glad that they did try to give her some relief with this medicine but just don’t falsely advertise it as a drug that can possible help it. They are just disrespectful people and I didn’t enjoy the attitude I got when asking questions about something I know nothing about! Does it look like I went to school for this no. I work with people not animals. And I don’t like being talked down to when trying to get my baby better. I will not be sorry for this review and hopefully in the future they can get better at how they talk to people who don’t know anything about what there pet has. If I could do 0 stars I would.

Very friendly and priced fairly. Everyone from front office, techs and vets had my pet's health as a top priority. I couldn't ask for more.

One of the vets from Town & Country come to Marion, Indiana once a week. We made an appointment for our sick chicken and the vet told her assistant to let us know it would be $250 just to come in and LOOK at our chicken. Let alone treatment etc. Wayyy overpriced, and we should have been told when we made the appointment not right before she steps in the room. Obviously, from reading other comments on here they are only after money. NOT helping animals.

Was seen today by Dr Braxton McAdams for our old, heavy set cat.
Dr McAdams was patient, kind, insightful and helpful with our cherished car, Harley!
Would recommend him to anyone and hope he stays here with Town and Country.

We have treated with Ferris for a few years and were a little nervous returning today. Our experience was great! Sam was awesome and Dr. was thorough in his recommendations. They were transparent with the costs involved for all treatment and the staff was very supportive and friendly. Pleasantly surprised and will continue our care here!!

I would minus 110 stars if I could! Since owner ship changed, these people at this office are careless about your animal! It is all about lining their pockets. My dog is on 3 medications due to congestive heart failure. With doctor Ferris the GOAT, it was about $67 for all 3. I went today and it is up to $97. The young ladies at the desk told me when I asked that Dr Ferris wasn't up charging the medicine from much of what he paid for it! I hope ALL OF DR FERRIS CLIENTS MOVE TO ANOTHER ESTABLISHMENT! DOCTOR G is a greedy veterinarian and doesn't truly care about your animals it's all about the money for them! Dr Ferris staff stuck it out while the ownership has changed, even they have said that this new doctor and their prices are unreasonable and jumped ship! I TRULY HOPE THEY CLOSE THEIR DOORS AFTER LOSING ALL OF DR FERRIS CUSTOMERS! THEY ARE GREEDY AND IN IT FOR THE MONEY!
