Sears Heating and Air Conditioning

Sears home services came out to my home today to fix a/c due to it not shutting off. Michael came out to look at it. My a/c was cold before he came. Now, my a/c doesn't come on at all. I can not get a hold of anyone from Sears heating and air conditioning. He made things worse. Heat index is 101 and we have no a/c.

A Sears HVAC technician came to my house over a month ago. He never even told me his name. Plus, I had to convince the man that there was even a problem with the heat pump system because he noticed it turned on. He had to read the temperature of the vents before he was convinces. Then, he didn't even look at the furnace and told me it will still run with <10% coolant even though he could not find the leak. He concluded it just needs a new compressor. After all of that, I called multiple times per week for exactly one month and no one (not even other Sears departments) could get ahold of the technician to determine what parts needed to be ordered.
