Mike Roush was immediately available, let me know when he was on his way, arrived on time, and did a phenomenal job diagnosing the issue with my clothes washer water connection and coming up with the quickest and least intrusive option to get the repair completed despite the age of my plumbing system. He also provided an accurate quote before getting started and provided clear explanations of each step of the work as he progressed. Could not have been happier with the experience and would recommend Mike and Roto-Rooter to anyone in the Indy area!
We had a serious clog and a leaking pipe. We called Roto-Rooter and they were there within an hour. Mike took great care of us, diagnosed the issue, went above an beyond in solving the problem, and didn't pressure us into anything that we didn't need.
