My wife and I went to Fords to look at floor tile, Mary who was working was extremely friendly and helpful and helped us get the perfect tile for us. The experience was so good we went back for backsplash tile for the kitchen and Mary again went above and beyond in helping us get the perfect tile selected. Absolutely love this store and will use it for any and all future needs for flooring, and counters!
