Based on the recommendation of our neighbor who used Carlton for their roof three years ago, we chose Carlton Construction to replace our 23 year old roof as well as install new gutters, downspouts and leaf guards.
On the day of the installation in June 2025, the seven person work crew showed up just a little after 7 AM and by 3 PM, the roofing job was complete. Not only did the crew have to do a tear off of the old roof/install the new roof, they replaced all of my old box vents with ridge vents, updated a dryer exhaust vent, and replaced an old ugly metal fake chimney with a new exhaust vent for the furnace. We just had our new roof installed last week, so I'm giving this a 5-star rating with hope that we have no future troubles. Carlton Construction was very easy to work with and Cam, who we worked with mostly, was great at being available for questions and to meet with our insurance adjuster. My wife and I are impressed. I have used Carlton Construction several times over the years. They always do a great job, we recently just had them install a new roof and gutters on our home and as always, they did a super job. We absolutely love the color. Chad and his team are very friendly and will make sure everything is done right. Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for any roofing needs.
