I have searched for a decent stylist since moving to my current location. I got online and done some research and found All Occasions Hair Salon. They seemed to have good reviews. Thus, I had made an appointment with the receptionist to have my haircut and died, and my eyes waxed. The stylist messaged me and ask me if she could move my appointment from 4:30pm(EST) to 3:00pm(EST). I agreed and moved my schedule around to make sure I could make the appointment. However, as I was about to leave the house for the appointment the stylist messaged me again. This time asking if she could reschedule the appointment for another day and time, as she was running behind schedule. I then had to cancel the appointment as I do not have much free time available with my rather hectic work schedule and I did not want to rush the stylist and risk her making a mistake with my hair or eyes. I have spent two hours calling every salon in my area, trying to get a appointment today. My 15 year anniversary is right around the concern, the last one before my husband goes over seas for who knows how long. However, i have had no luck and now for my 15 year anniversary I get to go to dinner with my husband with scraggly hair, grays and a unibrow. I would not recommend a salon that can't even do the basic business techniques, i.e., proper professional scheduling.

Connie was awesome!! First time there, because my stylist in Indianapolis was on leave. But she exceeded my expectations. I always hate going to a new hair stylist but she knew exactly what I wanted. I live 30 minutes away but they have my business from now on. Thanks so much! ?

Shantel ruined my daughter’s hair. My daughter left the appointment crying because she hated her hair and didn’t want to go to school the next day (I can’t say that I blame her). We will not be going back. Hoping someone else can fix it! Her hair turned out nothing like the photo that was provided and I’ve honestly never seen anything this streaky with no blending. I’m not sharing the photos because my daughter is mortified and everyone who sees it has told her to wear a hat. So sad…Services: Balayage
