“I went to Oyler when it was up on Ludlow Hill years ago and I was sad when my insurance changed and I was no longer able to go there. I’ve tried many different dentist office over the years and never had good luck. Either the office ran super behind, cancelled appointments day of or the cleaning would be extremely hurtful. I finally reached out again and spoke with Janie regarding their membership and she was more than happy to explain everything in detail and even send me the brochure in the mail that explained everything in detail. I ended up going g with their membership for a set fee and it covers everything I needed done. Hannah was my hygienist and she was amazing. She explained everything in detail on what she was doing next and was very thorough. Everyone that work in the office is friendly and I don’t think you could go wrong with anyone.“

“I don't even know where to begin. It's hard to convey the many ways Dr. Sprague and her assistants went above and beyond expectations to provide comfort, compassion and care during my visit.
I have anxiety, it's not something I've always had. I had some traumatic experiences with a few doctors/hospitals a few years ago which completely changed me as a person. Prior to the events I was strong, easy going and never afraid of the doctor. NEVER of the dentist. But unfortunately that part of me no longer exists and what's left is crippling anxiety.
I explained this when I went into the office and Dr Sprague and her assistants were so caring and patient. Through a panic attack, tears and sorries, they did not rush anything and made me feel like a human when I honestly felt like an absolute idiot for not being able to control my reaction to anxiety.
It is really hard to find a doctor who cares and makes someone like me feel comfortable during routine or necessary procedures. REALLY HARD.
And while these wonderfully professional and kind people are not therapists, they made me feel comfortable, they listened, they were kind and gentle.
Each step of the way, Dr Sprague explained what she was doing and why, checked on me, and offered me breaks. She talked to me to lessen the anxious thoughts and made the visit so much better than my mind would have made it.
Thank you so much to this whole office for the kindness, professionalism and understanding they graciously provided me.
In a fast paced mostly online world, its nice to have a dental office like this that keeps the experience human.

“Dr. Daniels took such great care of my daughter. A dentist she chose kept canceling her appointments over and over again. She ended up in horrendous pain. She called her original dentist and he told her we will just see you at your next scheduled appointment which was today. With her being in so much pain, I called Bright dental which is my dentist and love them. Bright dental had a cancellation and were so empathetic and able to squeeze her in to relieve her pain and see what was going on. Big guess that other dentist canceled her appointment Again today. My husband and so go to Bright dental and they are so sweet and understanding.“
