“Ultimately, I'm happy that my dogs were safe and cared for while we were on vacation for a couple days. But I do feel there is some room for improvement, which is why I'm only leaving 4 stars. Constructive criticism: There seems to be some lack of organization between the different staff members and scheduling systems in place for boarding/grooming etc. I would think that some form of digital charting, scheduling system would help both staff and customers. For instance, I had to call, and wasn't able to get through. Then attempted scheduling through Facebook Messenger, but couldn't get a confirmation response closer to my drop off date. Then when I received a text message, it seemed that none of my original conversation had been accounted for. This all added additional stress to an already hectic time planning out our trip.
Also, when I dropped off, it wasn't clear whar services were offered for what prices. When I picked up, it wasn't clear if the services I asked for were performed. Maybe a form for requestes services and a receipt showing services performed could clarify this.
I would be happy to bring my pets back here, but these improvements would be nice given the cost for services here, is not far off from other locations that offer these things.“
