Always take care of our doge
Ultimately, I'm happy that my dogs were safe and cared for while we were on vacation for a couple days. But I do feel there is some room for improvement, which is why I'm only leaving 4 stars.
Constructive criticism:
There seems to be some lack of organization between the different staff members and scheduling systems in place for boarding/grooming etc. I would think that some form of digital charting, scheduling system would help both staff and customers. For instance, I had to call, and wasn't able to get through. Then attempted scheduling through Facebook Messenger, but couldn't get a confirmation response closer to my drop off date. I absolutely love this place!! I just took my four miniature schnauzer puppies to be groomed for the first time. They looked and smelled great! Staff was very respectful, kind and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend and plan to come back!
