always amazing , i've had bad experiences with vets, but never here when I had to put my sweet Abby down. They were so comforting. Explain to me exactly what was gonna happen very caring staff
We went to Greencastle Vet Clinic for second opinions after a horrible experience at New Winchester that caused our 14 year old dog more pain than necessary.
All the staff were so kind, welcoming, and really listened to our concerns.
We did end up deciding to put our boy to sleep, after the vet found what appeared to be a large mass and causing a lot of pain. She talked us through the testing options but ultimately agreed it'd be best to ease his pain, especially at his age.

I want to say thank you to each and everyone at Greencastle vet , Dr.Helmer is so great with all my furbabies. I have six sick cats and he has treated them all with kindness and compassion .The staff is so nice .I would tell anyone who need a great place to take your pets to go here ?❤️ Gloria Williams
