“Over the years we have seen most of the doctors in this practice and each one has taken a kind approach with both of our dogs. Our English bulldog has run the gauntlet on things that could go wrong and we have received the best care from each provider we've seen. Dr. Kelly is our primary provider now and I cannot express how much I appreciate her patient approach with both our dogs and us as she always takes the time to explain our options and helps us choose what's best for us.“

They are both super understanding of how anxious and reactive my goofus of a dog gets at the vet—so funny seeing Dr. Byrd strategically deploying spray cheese for easy vaccinations! They have also been awesome in collaborating with a different vet practice in a different state when I have been travelling and have done last-minute med refills—both of which I know are not easy. Aisa was given a couple weeks to live and due to the love that Dr. Tracey shows towards her patients and their owners she actually live about six weeks longer than expected. She encouraged her owner to do everything and anything to make her happy give her ice cream and pancakes if that’s what she wants, play, go to the lake.. and Asia did live her best life.
