I love this optical center. Dr. Wade and his staff are wonderful. Laura was so helpful and informative today. Dr. Wade's wife is also an amazing optometrist I have treated with and they are both fantastic. Down to earth and just nice people who care about your eye health and make you aware of possible underlying medical issues which manifest some symptoms in your eyes. Target optical is truly the place to go for decent discounts and good customer service. The ladies there are all kind and are willing to help. They offered opinions on different glasses frames when I was unsure what to get.
Laura the store manager has the best personality. She’s honest, takes no BS, and is down-to-earth. An overall lovely lady in my opinion. I prefer to work with honest humans like her.
I also had a great customer service experience with Daisy the assistant manager. She mentioned multiple options I could do regarding both contacts and glasses. She made it clear what insurance would cover. And what discounts... read full review
