It was an absolute pleasure buying a rug from Rug Import in Granger, IN. They helped me pick out 7 rugs to bring to my house so that I could see them in my home. The owner and two men then came to our house and moved my furniture around and laid out each one! Turned them around if need be. Never felt pressured or an obligation to buy. But we found a winner and now have the most gorgeous rug in our home. 10/10 experience!
Excellent Service
I’m fairly new to the area and used Rug Imports to clean, cut and bind several areas rugs. They did an excellent job and, in addition, the communication was efficient and professional throughout the process.

Knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive staff! We needed a 20-year old wool rug cleaned and Rug Import definitely rose to the occasion. They had the most reasonable and affordable rates over other places I called.
Granted it was an old rug with years of wear, pets, people, and accidents but they did a superb job of making our beautiful rug look almost new again :)
We were beyond pleased with the results and would highly recommend.
