Rachel Mospan Design provides personalized and attentive service, understanding clients' needs and style preferences. The team is well-organized, responsive, and detail-oriented, going the extra mile to deliver functional and great-looking spaces. They listened to all concerns, needs and wants and took everything into consideration. They were very kind and friendly and incredibly easy to work with. Rachel guided clients through repainting, reupholstering furniture, and finding the signature piece of furniture, all within a stated budget. With a focus on customer satisfaction, they strive to make the design process smooth and stress-free. They also did a great job on install day getting all curtains and pictures hung.
Working with Rachel and her team (Eva and Kallie) at Mospan Design has been an exceptional experience, beginning with our first phone call. Rachel guided us through repainting the interior of our house, reupholstering furniture that was worth saving, and finding the signature piece of furniture - all within our stated budget. Rachel and her team did a great job making my home comfortable and cozy. They listened to all my concerns, needs and wants and took everything into consideration. They were very kind and friendly and incredibly easy to work with. If there was something that was ordered that I didn't end up liking they always made sure to find alternatives and were never upset when I needed to make changes. The best decision we made when remodeling our main floor was using Rachel Mospan Design! My husband and I know nothing about decorating and were concerned about the task ahead of us. Rachel listened, got to know us, and helped us use what we already owned to create a totally new home that we absolutely love! When our grown children saw the completed project they asked when we got new furniture - all of which they had grown up sitting on! Both Rachel and Eva were a joy to work with and we looked forward to every meeting with them. I HIGHLY recommend using Rachel Mospan Design!!
