After over 20 years with the same elevator service company, we recently made the switch to METRO Elevator—and we couldn’t be more thrilled with our decision. The technician who performed our first service spent several hours carefully inspecting and thoroughly cleaning our elevator equipment, ensuring that everything was in proper working order. This level of attention and dedication was a night-and-day difference from our previous provider, who would stop by monthly and spend less than three minutes before signing off and leaving.
