Chris and his helper Jake did a wonderful job of re-routing my bathtub, shower and sink from the sump pump pit directly to the outside sewer tank. So now if the sump pump fails I will not have a lot of water to pump out of my basement. Chris did a great job in accessing the problem and then fixing the problem. He quoted me a reasonable price upfront and stuck to it after the job was done. Chris arrives within the time he states he will be there and finishes the job in a timely manner. My 40 gal Hot Water heater was leaking water from the top. I called Chris one day and he came out the very next day & installed a new Hot Water Heater. He was very professional, informative and takes great pride in his work, clean-up and customer service. The first plumber I had out told me I would have to have someone come out check out my vent pipe as it was not drawing air up & out properly. Chris was able to quickly diagnose & replace a small section of vent pipe at the proper elevation which solved the problem. I probably saved hundreds by not having a Chimney person out. Chris did a very good job on our water heater replacement. Replaced the copper pipes and shutoff to the heater and new vent pipe and took out the old one. On time, did the job same day as the estimate. Even found and fixed a loose connection to the softener. Cleaned the floor like new. It's the second time I had Chris for repairs.
