0 stars to front office staff.
They need training, never in my life have I ever been spoken to like this from a dentist office. The person who answered the phone said the next thing we have you scheduled for is a “prophy” didn’t even use the full medical term, which is prophylaxis. I’ve never heard a dentist office referred to this as anything other than a cleaning. Do you speak to patients like this because you would like to feel better about yourself, does it make you feel like you know more than they do?
Highly recommend the front office staff be retrained on speaking with patients.“
