“I was recommended Dr. Taylor by 2 people upon their finding out of my recent tooth pain. Over a weekend the pain got worse, on Monday at 4 am I was woken up to the worst pain imaginable. I called a minute before opening and someone answered ( Amazing! Most wait until open on the dot to roll the phone line open). They were able to get me in for an emergency appointment for that morning. I was taken back to a room before my appointment time. Had X-rays and had my first round of numbing for an extraction all in the first 10 minutes of being there. We discovered just how hard I was to numb and Dr. Taylor never once made me feel bad or like I was an inconvenience for requiring more numbing. I’ve had bad experiences in the past and it was so very reassuring having someone actually worried about my comfort. Dr. Taylor took care of my pain and set me up with another appointment in 2 weeks to start getting my smile back in tip top shape. Did I mention I was a new patient too? All of this for a brand new patient. Very happy with everything and can’t wait to get my smile healthy again.“
