Good experience for the situation. Had to clean out our vehicle after an accident. Office help was friendly and nice, yard guy removed license plate for us! Good to know in case I need this type of service again.

I had a great experience with Thompson's Towing guys. They explained what they were doing & where they were taking my vehicle. They also offered advice on what to do next from the insurance perspective, which was new to me. Thanks guys!

When I tell you they are kind, courteous, professional and prompt know it's the truth. I waited for 6 hours for my insurance roadside assistance to help with towing. The finally got back to me to say they weren't able to help. I did a google search for local towing as it's not something I've ever had to utilize. They got to me instantly. He tried to troubleshoot upon arrival before having to ultimately tow it. It was stuck in the garage so I wasn't sure he would be able to even get it out. We weren't able to put it in neutral.
