I had visited OSMC for treatment of my carpal tunnel syndrome and they referred me to see Dr Szynal for some testing. I was expecting a scary and painful experience, and it was... But Dr Szynal and her receptionist where very friendly and easy to talk to. Dr Szynal and I had nice conversation during my testings, and made it more comfortable for me. She made me feel truly care for, and treated me not like just another patient, but rather a friend in need of help.
