Wait time was exactly what they said it would be.
They were very professional, and got me through the process of interview, Xrays, and diagnoses in good time.
Staff was friendly and got me in quickly enough. I was disappointed in the lack of knowledge on my condition. I arrived sure that I had shingles. I had to convince my NP of how shingles can present when atypical (disseminated, multiplex). She had to do an internet search to verify I knew what I was talking about. She also advised I should return to work the next day. She did hesitantly prescribe the proper anti-viral medicine. I followed up with my Dr. He verified the diagnosis. He also advised that as long as I have open lesions I am still contagious. Since I work hands-on with patients, the risk of my exposing them was too great until I crusted over. Impressed with how calming it was when I checked in. Very efficient check in. This was a fourth visit over time and they have always been efficient and solved our issue. Trace was efficient, professional and diagnosed my issue and provided meds to resolve it. Thank you for being a trusted health partner.
